Fields Pharmacy have been brilliant at helping rectify a prescription mistake made by Twyford Doctors Surgery. Fields answered the phone promptly, were friendly and helpful. The pharmacist was able to answer all my questions, giving me useful information about current and new prescriptions, together with information about potential other options so that I can make an informed decision about what to do next. We are very lucky to have Fields around while the NHS struggles.
